every ship needs an anchor
sometimes it's so hard to sail on alone
it's so hard to collide with other ships or icebergs for that matter,
on stormy nights
and forgive yourself for it

no ship would want to be an emotional wreck
but it's so hard to remain civil, cordial
when the sailors themselves are drunk
who did not even want to be on the voyage
